Hey there! 👋 I'm Emily Pan, a multidisciplinary UX/UI and graphic designer based in the Boston/Upstate NY area. I led a variety of b2b and b2c projects, being involved in all phases including research, wireframes, sketching, prototyping, and visual design. I hope to make the world a better place even if it's just for one individual. My goal is to design for a better future ✨

When I'm not at my desk: I'm either with my two dogs: Maple (golden retiever) and Taro (samoyed) on walks, hikes, and cute adventures! or... I'm off doing one of my multiple hobbies including: getting lost in fantasy books, collecting random trinkets and special edition books, aquascaping, video gaming (I'm a try-hard video game completionist | I need that 100% progress bar!), bubble tea shop running, illustrating and painting, nail art, cooking and baking, learning and understanding new things, and the list can go on and on anddddd on.

Visual Design
Respect for negative space, layout, typography, motion graphics, creativity, great understanding of branding/design systems, creating powerful graphics with meaning.
Interaction Design
Low-high fidelity wireframes, design systems, process and workflow diagrams, information heirarchy, focusing on solving user's problems, user/customer centricity, advocating for accessibility, empathy, web/software/mobile design, and understanding UX research.

Branding/re-branding revamp, advertising, marketing strategies and campaigns, social media, market analysis and understanding the competitive landscape, and B2B/B2C interactions.
